Total Moving Services

I had to find someone at the last minute because my other mover cancelled, but I was very hesitant about hiring anyone who would damage my furniture. I have very nice things and a lot glass. This company was very thorough in explaining the process and the rates were fair. They arrived and wrapped all of my furniture and packaged my glass table and statutes perfectly. I was very surprised at how efficient and careful they were. They was no damage and it was the best move I have ever had. Thank You Total Moving!

Incredibly unprofessional and very apathetic! They were supposed to move our things and they never did. Instead of informing us a few hours in advance that they may have to cancel because of a light drizzle. Gerald from this company called ten minutes after they were supposed to show up. When asking for a solution, Gerald said if it's raining they are expecting a tip that is doubled in the price of the move and that they will go over the time limit because of the rain. Gerald then suggested we could call his buddy who he sometimes refers customers to, but that we'd have to pay the same price and help him with the move! Very dissatisfied. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! So glad that there was no deposit.

I never leave reviews but these guys were quick, efficient, and affordable. The only thing that I could say was they were a little late coming (they have an hour window) but they didn't start charging us until after they packed the first item. They moved us in less than 2 hours! We moved from a 1 bedroom apartment to a 3 story townhome and we mainly needed them to move all of the big items and some boxes. I would definitely recommend them. (Kenny Fisher was our mover and 1 other guy) Kenny was fast!

Everything was fine up until I saw the movers damaged a piece of property and would not own up to it. Also stating I should have had it wrapped, then hung up the phone on me. Apparently he doesn’t know who I am, but he soon will, once I notify my attorney. I would have given them 4 stars, but after speaking with Gerald, I wouldn’t recommend anyone use this company!

Worse moving company ever! Workers were very disrespectful & rude! The workers are not professional movers, seem like the owner will hire anyone. They did not handle my items with care & they damaged my bed! I have to order a new bed frame. This is not a real moving company. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I never leave reviews, but this service was unacceptable & mad I paid 400$ because it was not worth it.
