Total Pool Care

We hired Total Pool Care to resurface our pool, and Gustavo and his crew were great to work with. The crew completed the resurfacing in two days, and they came and brushed the pool multiple times for three weeks after the initial work, creating a smooth and beautiful finish. Gustavo was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. He even personally checked on our pool and equipment during a weather event we had during the post-resurfacing process. We highly recommend Total Pool Care and Gustavo and his crew.

The first picture is after our OLD pool service company came to do our weekly service. The other is 30ish minutes after Cody S. left cleaning our pool today for the very first time. I don’t even need to explain myself. I don’t know why I stayed with the other company for as long as I did. I appreciate Leslie answering my daily questions! I am already so happy with the switch!

I requested a several visit pool cleaning to get the pool very clean for my new tenants and the pool cleaners drained the pool very low, didn't fill it back up and barely cleaned it. I received an invoice and when I went to the house after their supposed final cleaning I saw the pool was drained below the pump waterline and while the top looked clear the bottom had a thick layer. This happens when pump is off for a few days. When I called to ask about this they said they have pictures to prove it is clean and they left it functioning and if I don't pay the full amount they will take me to small claims court. I have pictures that prove otherwise and so I guess we'll see. I even offered to pay for what they did do but they just threatened. This place seems to be a complete scam. I don't

I appreciate the dedication and reliability of this company it’s worth mentioning that the guys worked tirelessly and completed this upgrade during the cold months this year.
