Total Pool Care

Jim was very professional, available and most important reliable. Opened our pool with another company that failed to ensure everything was working properly. We discovered a few days later that heater was turning on and off. Called Jim from Total Pool Care; said he would come in 2-3 hours, (after work hours). Came earlier, checked everything patiently for a long time until finding the issue; said he would get the part the next day before 12pm. Called me before 12 pm saying he was on my block with the part ready to install. Saved our memorial day party with nice warm pool water!! Thanks again!!

Great pool care! Fixed my pool pump, cleaned and vacuumed everything. Fair price as well. Pool is running beautifully. Highly recommend 10/10!

They did great job by opening the pool and they left everything running perfectly and Mr Jim came in person to be sure everything thing is good and he did check the heater of the pool which it was not winding properly and fix it 🙏

Timely response to urgent service request, work was completed and recommendations for improvements made. Very personable, will be using Total Pool Care in the spring for opening and salt water conversion.

I’m a Smithtown, New York homeowner. I recently contacted Jim from Total Pool Care to ask about repair or replacement of my 15-year old Aquacal heat pump. We talked about about my options, and I decided to go for a new Aquacal Super Quiet SQ125 variable speed heat pump. He was able to secure and install the unit within a couple of days. He was very professional, and I’m very pleased with this new unit. It’s very quiet, works great, and has many features lacking in the old unit. I highly recommend Total Pool Care and won’t hesitate to use them again.
