TRC remodeled the entire outside of our home (roofing, gutters, siding, and stone) and I am more than happy with the results! Everything was done neatly and professionally, they made sure to get a clear idea of how we wanted everything done. The quality is like no other, our stone came in damaged and they made sure to go back to the vendor and get it all corrected for us. I ended up with the texture and colors I wanted, dream come true! I will be using them for any other projects I need in the future.

Silvano Pedro at Total Remodel Contractor (TRC) helped us to overturn an insurance decision on hailstorm damage to our roof. His team installed our new roof, gutters, and did some painting of the fascia in an efficient manner. We are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their customer service.

Update: TRC contacted us after seeing our reviews and Perla (co owner) tried to make it right by refunding us a portion of the job. This was much appreciated after our experience. TRC installed a new roof and gutters on our home. The job was supposed to take two days and it ended up taking a month to complete. At one point, we thought they weren't even going to finish the job, so 2 stars for finally getting it done. They lacked communication skills as soon as we realized that there were multiple problems with the way the gutters/roof were installed and did not do anything to compensate for the time it took to complete the project correctly. They showed up to our house unannounced and even woke us up by banging on the roof at 730 am on a Saturday when they stated they were going to arrive

Total Remodel Contractor is now being featured at 24 Hour Fitness in Fort Collins and Planet Fitness in Loveland as the only recommended home improvement company. I highly recommend their services!

Working with TRC was a pleasure when they constructed a bedroom in our basement. The bid was detailed and there were no cost surprises during the work. Tino was great to work with and his subcontractors were skilled and efficient. I highly recommend TRC.
