I’ve changed my ratings for this Small business owner. He showed up personally, to apologize for the slip up in scheduling and has offered to work with me on getting this project done. I hired them, the project is complete and looks amazing. So glad we talked and ultimately worked together. His workers were clean and respectful, and welcome in my home anytime! Slip ups happen, making personal connections make things right.
I took down my negative review of these guys because they came over to apologize...They do quality work and the work they did on my neighbors house is beautiful....there was just a lot going on with the two people who were working across the street. Thanks for coming over and apologizing for what went on...I apologize for my nasty review!
