Such a wonderful company! Prompt, courteous service, with meticulous attention to detail. I had a flooded kitchen due to a leaky boiler, And they did an excellent remediation job. Duell, the project manager, was very thorough in assessing the damage to my kitchen, and his personable assistant, Casey, dispatched his remediation team immediately. The remediation team boxed up all of my belongings neatly and set up the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the area to prepare for a contractor to replace my floors. Do not hesitate in calling this excellent company For your remediation/restoration needs. I did not list a price as they deal directly with the homeowner’s insurance company.

I had a pipe broke in my wall. I didn't know what to do or who to call. I opened the internet and Total Restoration Industries was the first name I came across. From start to finish Joey walked me through the process, told me what to expect and how long the process would take. He never left my family, his guidance was very visual and he stayed with us up until the end. I received new pipes and have not had an issue since. I will surely use this company again should I have any other issues arise. I recommend them 100%. Again thank you Joey and Company.

Dan, Christian, Raul and the entire TRI team were fantastic! Guided us through what could have been a nightmare and made sure all of our needs were met even before we knew we needed things. Their entire focus was on keeping us safe and our home mold and odor free after a flood. Cannot recommend the Total Restoration team enough. If you have a household emergency, call them immediately. I was in a sunken place with no hope… I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best service I have ever received in New York City.. having problems with flooding constantly I am used to things being difficult and feeling helpless… These gentleman quite literally restored my faith in humanity through the power of hard work and teamwork.. I can not say enough positive things about them from professionalism to cleanliness they are 10/10.. This is in regards to a water situation I had in my upstairs bathroom. I want to express my sincere gratitude for how TRI has handled this, from my first phone call made to Roberto, to when the guys wrapped up. While "professional" is the first word that comes to mind, it doesn't do justice. Polite, responsive, transparent, accommodating, and respectful are amongst other applicable terms.
