Very impressed with everyone's kindness and willingness to answer every question I had, from the workers all the way to the project Supervisor (Benny) who even went out of his way and to Home Depot (after the final inspection) to get a gutter down spout and replace a section that had been slightly dinged by the staff during the project. Shopped around for new roof and was referred to Total Roofing Systems by a close family member. I was impressed with the entire process from beginning to end. Simply put, these people really are the metal roof experts. Considering the costs of metal roofs these days there is a great deal of concern regarding the contractor. Are they going to show up? Are they going to do what they said? Are they going to get it done in the timeframe quoted? For the cost quoted? Etc etc.. The invariable answer to any conceivable question is a resounding yes.
