We are so grateful for the team at Total Septic. DJ came by at a short notice to help us with our septic before guests arrive and was so professional and kind. His expert advice truly helped us maintain the fine work he produced. This company is very reliable and the first person you meet is Maddie who handles the calls. She is such an outstanding person who is efficient, organized with such warmth. We again thank the whole team for their roles as each have been positive experiences with excellence!

I had a septic sprinkler system installed yesterday and the experience was great. The installer, Jeremy G, did an amazing job, was very knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the whole process and answer my questions. I truly felt valued as a customer. Junior is an excellent service technician! He explains things thoroughly so anyone can understand the process and what is being checked and why. He’s professional and courteous. Today I was concerned it might be time for a pump out, he reassured me it was a year away. Other companies would have handled that differently. Not Junior. Not Total Septic. As long as I own this house they are my contractors. God bless Texas!

Jr has always shown up on time and gives me a heads-up about 15 mins before he gets here, he knows we have dogs and this gives me time to shut the shades so they don't see him and freak out! Very good company, and Jr has answers my questions with confidence and solutions in a few cases. Good guy working for a good company so I can't ask for more than that.

Even though my call was mid afternoon, Brandon arrived to get my system back online, having to stay late. I trusted his assessment and recommended. He came back and completed an excellent permanent repair just two days later!
