Total Tech

Total Tech was fantastic! Called in on Monday and Katie (scheduling) was absolutely wonderful. She had us booked for the next day! I was truly and sadly expecting at least a week wait to get an appointment so this made my day! The Tech showed up between the stated hours and I even got a text and call when he was en route. Quick fix thankfully after one very dead chipmunk blew a capacitor. Will definitely be using Total Tech for all my future HVAC needs and will recommend to others!

I have used Total Tech on two occasions. Their technicians do great work and will answer any questions you might have. The office staff is also very helpful. Edit 10/17/24: We had a new system installed recently and the installation was great and the techs were very professional. There were defects with the hardware and Total Tech fixed everything very quickly. They take customer satisfaction very serious. Top notch!

Total tech installed 3 mini splits in our fellowship hall in 2019. We had a couple minor problems with one and they were very good about responding and taking care of us. I have also used them for service on an older unit of mine. Would highly recommend.

These guys are awesome. After having another HVAC service on location multiple times about our systems. Total Tech's technician (Seth) found the issues in just a few minutes. Great service!
