Horrible customer service! This place was not too bad when it was Tool and Anchor. Now, I think there are several other options nearby that are willing to provide good customer service at the same price.
I went in to get a 24" and 18" offset pipe wrench. The cashier rang me up for 2 24" wrenches at $175 each. We both noticed when he gave me the receipt. He went back in and took a 24 off and added the 18 with a price of $174.98 and when I questioned him on how the wrench could be .02 cents less he asked if that was alright. He later said that the 18 was $60 cheaper. Needless to say I canceled my order and wont be back.
They pretty much have all the things one working on or around heavy equipment would need. The exception being welding supplies unless I missed it. The selection of strike wrenches alone worth the 5 star rating. Wilton vices on the shelf. Chain hoists on the shelf. Rigging supplies.
I get all my tools here, all the staff is great.
