5 for being on time and getting the tree down quickly. Did a good job on clean up. I suggest you inspect your property thoroughly before paying. They left a large gouge in the yard and severally damaged a 20 year old blueberry bush. Something they knew they did, and said nothing. My daughter had to leave a voice mail. Two weeks later still no call back. BUYER BEWARE! * The limbs in the fire pit are from the blueberry bush.

It's the 3rd time I have used Total Tree Solutions and they are the consummate professionals. I had 10 very large trees taken out this time all within close proximity to my house and the neighbors house. Everything is gone and they hand-raked the yard for small debris. Great crew, great customer service from Melissa. Highly recommended!!

Total Tree Solutions deserves a 5-Star Rating in my book. A nice gentleman came to my house and gave me a quote that was lower than others I called. They started arriving at my house 10 minutes before they said they would, and got the job done a lot faster than I thought they would. The gentleman operating their 27 ton crane was really very impressive - He knows what he is doing! And all of their other workers were great too. They did a great job of cleaning my yard before they left. This is the tree service you want - without a doubt - I know that in the future if I need a tree service I'll be calling Total Tree Solutions.

Awesome work… had them come out for tree cutting (2 big oak trees).. thought I would keep the all the oak for firewood until i started to cutting into to find out it was too many trees for me…. so after my wife got on to me a couple of times I called them for clean up.. prices were good and fair especially after calling a couple of competitors..
