One of the worst pool servicing companies around. My pool has been green more than blue in the last four months. They are always blaming us when they do not show up to service or there techs are here 5 minutes and leave. The worst is the techs do not have testing equipment to check the water. Do not sure them.

I rent a home and the pool cleaning is part of my lease and I wish it wasnt im about to hire my own cleaning company because this one hardly even shows up. They choose when they wanna come to my home. I have a saltwater pool which they dont maintain the right way. They pour clorine in it and leave. They dont vacuum or clean the filter and for the past 2 weeks they haven't shown up. My pool is green and when my wife called the person she spoke with assured us someone will be out the next day and noone showed. So she called and emailed again and still no response. The company that owns my house needs to fire this company because they are horrible. I would highly recommend noone use this company unless you like having a green pool

Totally Blue is hands down the worst pool company I’ve ever dealt with; the only reason we have them is because we rent through American Homes. If you want a consistent, professional, and reliable service—look anywhere else. This company is a joke. They don’t clean properly. Half the time the “cleaning” is nothing more than skimming, if they even bother to show up. They’ve dumped chemicals and left, missed multiple scheduled visits, and let our pool turn green. When they finally dragged themselves out here, we were left with dead black algae sitting in the pool because they never actually treated it. Calling the office is a complete waste of time. For over three weeks straight I dealt with Iris, who is full of excuses and empty promises. Every time I asked about the black algae, she said
