Generally good service but they're in the 19th century as of 2016, they still do not provide a tracking number for your shipment. Not a problem if you've ordered 20$ of bolts but if it's 150-250$ you'd kinda like to know where it's at.
I have been ordering from Totally Stainless for about 20 years. I absolutely love this place. They normally have everything in stock. If they don't, they will contact you and tell you how long it will take. Love that type of customer service.
Ordered some bolts for my CJ online. Got an email the next day indicating my order didn't meet their minimum dollar amount (no indication about this online). Told them I wanted to try their product before spending hundreds, especially after reading some reviews questioning the quality or their product. They refused to fill my order. Customer service is terrible with this company - BEWARE!!
They had that impossible-to-find chrome M10-1.0 dome nut I needed to complete restoration of my classic BMW motorcycle. Thanks.
Excellent customer service and helped me locate the hard to find specialty fasteners I needed!
