Totoro Concrete

Totoro Concrete are scam artists. They took our money and never finished the job. We made multiple attempts to contact them to complete the job to no avail. They left us with no front steps for weeks when they ensured us the job would be done in one day. They make excuses after excuses and then they just don’t respond back. When they finally responded to our call, they said they would not be returning. When we told them of our intent to sue, they were fine with that. They were given $2000 upfront, and never returned. Please see the attached pictures as evidence of what we were left with. Don’t hire this company unless you want to lose money, time and your sanity. BUYERS BEWARE.

These guys are scam artists, please don't use. My family paid a lot of money to have some pretty basic work done repairing our front steps. They came out and did a horrible job, the work was uneven, discolored and they broke the railings along the steps. They promised to complete the necessary fixes and then ghosted us for months. When I finally got the owner on the phone, he threatened me. I told him we were suing him and he seemed unfazed. Guess he hears that a lot.

Horrible! Crooked! Irresponsible! Unprofessional! They take your money and don't come back to finish your work. Do NOT use them!! Waited over a month for them to return to finish work. They tell you they're coming and never come. Dozens of phone calls to them--half the time they don't answer the phone. Liars! Cheats!

Best price around. Punctuality and professionalism A++. My backyard was done in two days. Amazing work and definitely using them again for my other concrete projects. Ask for Tom. Thanks guys!!!

Avoid at all costs. Tom Jr. is hilariously unprofessional and then lied to his father/boss about our interaction. Ended up receiving zero work from them. What a waste of everyone's time. It's a shame this kid is obviously running his father's business into the ground.
