Review: Working with this fencing contractor was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Despite reading mixed reviews and feeling hesitant, I decided to move forward based on a recommendation from a close friend — a decision I deeply regret. From the start, the contractor was completely unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional. He rarely showed up when he said he would, and when he did, his work was subpar at best. The fence he installed began splitting in multiple areas in less than a month because he didn’t properly secure the panels with nails. He also failed to install the lock I had purchased, despite saying he would. Horrible experience with this company. Would never recommend them to anyone. This is what he left on my neighbors lot for several weeks. I did not know till they contacted me. That is part of my old fench. Also he never shows up when he said he would. And then he would come in the back yard at 9 pm and work when he decided to show up to work.

I had a really disappointing experience with this company. From the start, their professionalism was lacking. They were consistently never showing up to complete the job, often showing up hours and working for 20 minutes at a time. A job that typically takes a few days has turned into over 3 months. I was left in the dark about progress, and every time I tried to reach out, I was met with vague answers and excuses. The city winded up posting a "Stop Work" order because the license and insurance were expired. This caused an even longer delay in progress. As a realtor I have worked with many contractors and overall, I would never recommend this company. If you value your time and want a reliable company look elsewhere. A Job he said would take 2 weeks, took over 6 months, had at constantly calling him to finish my fence, would not show up for days. The fence was beautiful in the end, but A week later my neighbors told me, he removed a section of their fence. I have called & text for over 3 months, he never returned to fix my neighbors fence. My neighbor had to fix it. Thank God for good neighbors.

Save yourself a lot of time and trouble by going with a real professional. Someone my husand had done work with referred this quy. He came out right away, quoted a good price and gave a one week timeframe. They had to take out the neighbors fence and put up a temporary fence on one side, cleared the area the new fence was going and started digging. And that's where they left it 4+ weeks ago. He has since been dodging calls, about aweek ago he replied to a text message that he would be here a few days later. Surprise, no show and back to letting calls go to voice-mail. Now we have to find someone to pick up where he left off and in the meantime my neighbor has a temporary fence and our dogs are staying on the leash. Big disappointment. Save yourself the trouble.
