I hired Touch of Class from Seattle to renovate the kitchen and bathroom in a Mount Kisco rental property. Michael was very easy to work with across the country. His estimate was the best in town and he was able deliver all of the work on-schedule and on-budget. We encountered some ugly water damage when demo'ing the Bathroom and I was prepared to get gouged given my situation. Michael was great, gave very competitive quotes, and got the extra work done very quickly. I couldn't be happier with the results. I listed the coop and received three offers in a week. Michael even came back to fix a couple of problems that came up during inspection, unrelated to his work.
