Touchdown lawn service

I really don't like leaving bad public reviews, especially for a small business, but these guys were terrible to deal with. They were hired for lawn care at 10 properties and never showed up. It took multiple calls to get them to do the job they were hired for, and at that point the lawns looked like hay fields. On top of that their invoicing was a mess - and still is as of this writing. Their failures led to negative reviews from our Airbnb guests. We unfortunately have nothing positive to say about Touchdown lawn service. 10/10 do not recommend. In response to the vendor's claim, we are the ones who discontinued service after they could not complete the job they were hired for, and still have not updated their invoice to reflect the work they did.

Excellent communication! Was able to do short notice and a one-time grass mowing. Also able to accommodate using a bag for the clippings. Lawn looks great- I highly recommend!

Marcel is absolutely a gem! I bought a new electric mower this summer after using him all last year. After an accident, I text him and he immediately made plans to help me for the rest of the year. I also have him coming to assist my elderly neighbor with health issues. Not only does he do an amazing job, but he is such a kind human and his prices are great! Will recommend to everyone and anyone!

I contacted Marcel about lawn mowing and maintenance for my yard. He was very responsive, professional, and provided me with a quote quickly. He has done work at my home twice so far and has done an amazing job. I plan on using Touchdown for all my lawn care needs. Can’t recommend them enough.

Excellent service! Marcel was super responsive, on time, very friendly and best price in town! Needed my gutters cleaned out and garden dug up/tilled, did an excellent job! Next job will be snow removal!
