Touchstone Electric - Matthews

I just had a new breaker box and electrical work done yesterday by Will Cruz. He was great. Went over everything with me so I would feel comfortable about the work. His partner David was great also. He assured me that everything would be done as soon as possible. Even with having to work with Duke energy and an inspector everything was finished in one day. Thank you Will.

Touchstone Electric was great. Mark Viktorovich came out and was very clean and neat with his fork. He explained how he did everything and the upgrades performed. We had. New panel upgraded with a EV charger installed together. I will definitely be using them again for all of my electrical needs in the future. Here are the before and after pictures.

We were looking to put lights in the kitchen. We thought it would look nice and helpful. Tyquan spent time inspecting the area and he and his partner worked all day and the job was amazing!! My wife was so happy she couldn't stop talking about it. They were amazing and went above and beyond our expectations.the dimmer switch was a great idea

Yesterday was my second time using Touchstone Electric and Tyler Harris. When I call to make an appointment I ask for him specifically. He is knowledgeable , thorough and makes sure the job is done right. Quality work is sometimes hard to find these days. Yesterday he and his partner added pendant lights over our island, a chandelier over our dinning table, added 2 6 inch lights and troubleshooting non-working receptacles. Everything looks great.

Touchstone Electric ran dedicated electric lines to a new dehumidifier and sump pump in our crawlspace. Tyquan and Ash were professional and did a great job, everything was explained, cleaned up, and they finished the install quickly. Jed contacted me via text message when the job was complete to schedule a county inspector to inspect the install. Great experience all around, I highly recommend!
