TowBoatUS Lake St Clair

Was out on the lake for an evening ride when my jetski decided it was done for the night before I was(picked up something in the impeller. Called Towboat and they dispatched Captain Jim out to give me a tow in. He got to me quickly and and had me back to the dock in no time. He was super nice and we had a great conversation on the way back to the dock. I have nothing but great things to say about the Lake St Clair Towboat team and Captain Jim! Thanks again!!

Towboat US made our frustrating situation so much better. It's always irritating when something goes wrong unexpectedly, but they showed up quickly, were friendly and thoughtful and got us home in no time! It was even kinda fun to sit back and enjoy the ride. Thank you so much Captain Will, you saved the day!

Captain Lance was amazing! He was there in 15 minutes & professionally pulled us in. He was so nice and got us safely back to our marina.

Nate was an American hero today, saving us from a busted engine in the middle of July 4th. He was professional, personable and - most importantly - came with his own lines. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, a billion out of a billion. He’s great.

These guys are great in not-so-great situations. Last year they towed us and today they did too. The initial call was extremely streamlined and they were able to do a 3 way call with Progressive to verify our coverage and set up the two in less than 10 minutes. They estimated 45 minutes to an hour to come get us, but arrived in aboit 20 minutes. They're personable and efficient, making stressful situation much less worrisome. If there was another boat towing company in the area I'll never know because this company will always be my only call.
