DO NOT USE THIS VALET SERVICE! Extremely untrustworthy people, they wrecked our car and now refuse to share their insurance information (which they probably don’t even have!) It’s actually safer to park your park in the streets of San Francisco than paying those guys to valet your car!
Overpriced and very rude. On July 13, around 5PM, I asked if I could park my car until the following day. Being asked about my departure time, I was checking my flight time on my phone. Since it was taking a couple of minutes, the carkeeper shouted at me to go away and to look for another car place.
Cheap and safe. A+ for parking. Only downside is they open at 11:30-12ish on Sunday, so if you valet your car there over night on a Saturday, dont make plans to go anywhere Sunday morning!
Had a problem with valet scratching the car, manager was helping in filing a case and resolving it. Will go back.
