Tower Valet Parking Inc.

This garage uses a pair of elevators to move cars from the entry level to the parking levels above. We parked overnight, and were informed the next morning when we needed our car that both elevators were out of service. We had to find other transportation for the next several hours, and then come back to retrieve our car. So did they offer us a refund or discount? No. We recommend using a garage where you park the car yourself, without relying on a mechanical device to retrieve it when needed.

I was ignored for ten minutes, the people that pulled in behind me was helped within one minute of pulling in (still before me).. the employee Sal didn’t want to help me (I’m black and everyone else was white) another employee came out and helped me right away after I walked behind Sal telling him where my car was and asking “was there a problem?” Seems like a good company with an employee that’s making the company look bad. I not be returning to this parking garage.

First impression. Horrible and lazy staff work there. Staff member walked right into the driveway to take a picture of a bus, right as I was turning into it. I gave him right of way. After standing there 30 seconds after taking the pic so he could fiddle with his smartphone, I tapped my horn once thinking he couldn’t see me. I don’t normally tap my horn. I thought he was disoriented or drunk. Nope! He was ignoring me so he could get the pic. He stepped to the side, and gave me a nasty look as he peered into my passenger window. I guess he wanted to get a good look at me because he followed me down the ramp to refuse me a spot in the garage. Told me to turnaround and leave. The demand for parking is so high in San Francisco that parking staff know if you don’t park there, then someone else

As a person with a disability I would recommend this parking garage for disabled parking. The staff were amazing and very pleasant. They reparked my car so that I could easily exit the garage.
