Horrible craftsmanship, works harder at explaining why it’s not his problem vs taking care of the problem. Scanned my 82 year old mother out of her social security check. Had to get another plumber to come fix what he had done. Asked to help with a leak at the cutoff valve and ended up with water shooting into the wall! She had a neighbor come to tighten the valve. Toilet flushed every couple of moments. If your mother/ family member is elderly - BEWARE!!

Towne made our Christmas perfect, they fixed our kitchen, dining room, and our basement. They gave us back hot water, Jeff and jose made my dads dream kitchen connection to the dining room come true. They were professional and went out of their way to make it come to life. It was a long waited project and im thankful they helped us. Our kitchen and dining room are beautiful now.
