Town & Country Fence

I have had 2 projects 2 years apart from Town & Country. The team worked really hard to get me matching products even when it had been discontinued. They are so professional and keep everything neat and clean while they work. They kept me informed of their progress along the way and even came to work on a very cold day to make sure I would have a fence up a day sooner for my dogs. These guys are top tier, and you don't have to worry about anything when hiring them!

We had an EXCELLENT experience with Town & Country. The salesman Jason was extremely professional and gave us options and clear expectations of what our project would entail and the timeframe we would be looking at from start to finish. He was very honest and we ended up with a beautiful fence in the promised timeline. The company communicated very clearly with me. The crew that came out did a pretty good job cleaning up behind themselves with just a little sawdust and couple of tiny chunks of wood that I just added to my garden mulch. They also had to take out an existing fence that was falling apart and didn't create any disasters in the process. Even if we had to deal with any setbacks or delays, I still would have been very, very happy with the final outcome.

We had a huge oak take down our cedar fence gate and panels. I had a hard time getting other fence companies to return my calls but Jared came out within a couple days and set up our repair appointment. We installed our fencing several years ago but our gate latch was acting up and very hard to open and close. I reached out to Town and Country and they took the information. In a very short time I met with Jared who came out, accessed the problem and said he would be back to fix it. Jared did come back after only a few days and solved the problem for us! He was so efficient, professional and very courteous and we really appreciate him and this company.

The beginning of the process was fine. They had the product we wanted at a comparable price. The product itself is good. The installers were polite. There are, however several things that have ruined this experience. Due to the pandemic and supply chain issues, our install was pushed out from October 2022 to Spring 2023. It was understandable. The biggest issue was communication. We would hear nothing for weeks on end and we would reach out to our sales representative. He would check and give tell us that we would be contacted in a day or two and then we would hear nothing. That has been a theme throughout the entire process.
