Town & Country Fence

I would love to give this company 5 stars if I could. The fence install was fantastic and quick and very high quality material and attention to detail. The reason for 3 stars was the absolute mess they left in my back yard. At first they dumped all the dirt down my storm drain which I requested they come and clean out which they did, however they didn’t address the piles of dirt they just scattered around from digging up the fence posts instead of taking it with them. I spoke to their front office and they said in December they would fix after holidays, it is now February and I haven’t heard a peep from them.

Town and Country Fence has been out my property several times over the years. ALWAYS the best service including proper measurements and several choices and types of fences to pick from. These guys are THE BEST in their field and don’t skip important things like cement posting! They work diligently and complete the job in nice time frame. PROFESSIONALS! You truly get what you pay for! I will only have Town and Country Fence do any projects I need! Thank you, Town and Country Fence! I LOVE my new fence!

Town and Country fence just completed fencing part of my back yard. I am truly pleased with the completed job!!! Mark was very professional and the gentlemen that put the fence up also. Very friendly. I highly recommend Town and Country fence for anyone needing a fence. GREAT JOB!!

From the initial estimate to having the fence completed it took less than a month. They came out on Thursday and had the job done by Monday. The fence looks great and there was no delay in getting the gates! Mark, the salesman who did the estimate for us was also wonderful. He was punctual and even came out to re-measure when the first estimate wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. Pricing-wise, they were pretty on par with other companies I reached out to but I am glad I went with them. It was a good experience!

Got our fence up in April 2021 and the wait time for the installation AND installation was suitable, no complaints there - at the time they would have had a 4-5 star review. Less than 2 years later, the long term quality of the fence is poor. They have a 1 year warranty on their installation and just past 1 year the fence slides out of one of the posts any time there’s wind. They said they don’t even do repairs and outsource repairs to someone else in Charlotte. That 1 year warranty should have told me all I needed - a fence that will last 1 year and then will promptly begin to fail, leaving the homeowner alone to pick up the pieces.
