I am a repeat customer and have never been disappointed. They’ve always managed to come within 24 to 48 hours after I call. Each plumber that’s come have been polite and helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I haven’t had any complaints yet with this company. Thank you!!

My hot water heater stopped working this afternoon. The plumber I've used for decades retired a few years ago so I called T&C. They were able to get a tech to my house that afternoon. The plumber, Joe, was extremely helpful with my plumbing issue, but what impressed me most was that he removed his shoes before coming inside my home. I'm a little embarrassed to admit the problem with not with my heater, but with my own inability to follow the pilot lighting instructions. Joe relit the pilot and, because the pilot light did go out, he gave my 20+ year old heater a thorough inspection and gave me some easy maintenance tips. Joey does amazing work for a fair price! We had a tough job on our bathtub not draining properly. He ripped it out, made the repair, and put in a new tub in no time flat! His customer service is top notch!

Second time calling Town & Country, and both times they exceeded expectations. Came out within 90 minutes of my call (leaking around hot water heater) and gave a quick, fair assessment of the situation. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a plumber!
