Town Mountain Maids

This is my first time using Town Mtn. Maids. I was very surprised by how though the 2 ladies were. Very nice and did what was expected. I was concerned that they only allow a 1:40 minutes to clean a home at 2000 sq. Ft. These ladies stayed 2:30 minutes of which I greatly appreciated. Their prices are in my opinion a little high compared to what I have paid in the past for 2 hours of cleaning. I however would recommend them highly excellent company.

Lakeisha & Bevin did a wonderful job. The house smells great and is squeaky clean! Thank you for making our lives so much better today.

I am a landlord and was doing a tenant move-in. They worked me in the same week and sent two highly motivated cleaners to the property to get it ready for the new tenant. Really appreciate the professionalism and willingness to help! I would certainly recommend them.

The experience was as expected. An excellent light cleaning. Included dusting, wiping, and vacuuming. The issues I had were more administrative; only one cleaner, arrived an hour and ten minutes after scheduled time, No communication about if they were skipping the service due to cleaner availability. Also, my card was initially charged the day before service was completed. Also pictures inside my home were taken by the provider without authorization. This is very cringe worthy considering this is the first visit and I am not familiar with the provider..

Donna and Paula are awesome, cried tears of joy when I came home and saw my house. They went above and beyond my expectations, I am so happy I found a team to come regularly to my house that I can trust. I can tell they take pride in their work and have excellent attention to details, I can’t wait to continue to work with them. Thanks again Donna and Paula. Update, missy and Paula came today and I’m so happy with their work. I have a large staircase that is the first thing you see in my house and so hard to clean and they make it look flawless. Thanks so much.
