This parking garage is predatory. There is no clear signage about how and when to pay for parking. It's not like a normal garage were you get your ticket at the entrance (like before) and pay when you leave, now you have to pay as if you were paying for street parking. Before it used to be free during the weekday. They charge 1.20 per hour for parking; however, due to their scam they make their money with confusing signage so they can give you a 45 ticket. They only give you 14 days to pay, afterwards it's 70 and after 45 days it's 95. There were a bunch of cars with tickets as well because of their scheme. When you call the number on the back of the ticket there is no help. The rep would just tell you to request a trial. I will go elsewhere to spend my hard earned money.

This Downtown Parking Garage is the only parking garage in the DMV area that has no entrance or exit parking tickets gate, but you still have to pay to park by using the one and only paid parking meter down stairs in the lobby. When making a payment you have to entering your vehicle license plate number and pay by using a credit / debit card or pay with cash, if you pay with cash you have to pay with the exact dollar amount, this machine will not give you change back, or you can download the parkmobile app and pay to park.

The price for parking was great, but the max time was weird. I got there at 8:11p and it would only let me park until 10pm on the app and at the kiosk. No explanation of what would happen if I stayed past 10pm, so I assumed the garage closed and I would have to make sure I was just out. And now looking on the app after midnight, the max time is 3 days. So still confused on why I couldn't pay for more than 2 hours. I also didn't like that there wasn't a QR code like most garages use.

At least seven floors of parking available. Sunday is free. They have some EV charging spots available for 4 hour time slots while charging only. Elevators available and level 2 is street level. They have self pay kiosks available and you pay before you leave the parking structure.
