Towne Park at The Coloradan

If I could give 0 stars I would. We entered the garage at 6:30 am on a Sunday and found parking easily, HOWEVER we then couldn't exit the parking garage. The elevators were not running on any floor and all of the stairwells were alarmed for emergency only. There was no way to exit the garage on foot and no one would answer the phone or was in the attendant office. We ran around for 20 minutes frantic because we had a train to catch before finally getting in our car and going to a different garage. The ONLY thing that could warrant the 1 star is that they didn't charge us to leave since it was under an hour.

Weird staff and unexpected fees on top of listed price. Park on the street instead or somewhere else if possible
