Towne Pride Interiors

Had a wonderful experience working with Towne Pride to re-do our kitchen and entryway flooring. So nice to deal with a local company that's been around so long. Very pleasant and easy to work with, start to finish. A good value as well as timely and professional. Great selection available of quality flooring and David, the installer, went above and beyond to make some special accommodations so we could get the look we wanted. Would definitely use them again.

Town Pride (Dave and Eric) installed our new bathroom floors in a professional , precise and timely manner and cleaned up after their work. We are very happy with the floor installation. Dave and Eric are great representatives for Town Pride and should be rewarded for same.

Our house was built in 2016, but we are not the original purchasers. The builder refers his clients to Town Pride and the original buyer purchased beautiful LVP flooring with a cork backing. Town Pride installed it directly on concrete in the entire house with no underlayment. We bought the house in 2022 from the builder. Now after only living in the home for 2 years, we are dealing with the difficult process of removing and mitigating the flooring since mold was growing in the cork. Brought this to the attention of the owner of Town Pride and builder since this is a potential health issue which could be occurring in other homes in Stoners Farm or elsewhere. Town Pride said this was a moisture issue and not a flooring issue and they could be of no further assistance if we could not accep

5 stars from beginning to end. Every step was the way customer service used to be and at Towne Pride, still is. They had the perfect flooring, were super easy to work with, prompt, reasonable, and then they sent THE best, most professional artist of an installer to my beloved but crooked and quirky 120 year old home. I can't even begin to describe how gracious and patient Dave and Eric were. They actually finished ahead of schedule and saved me a good amount of money in the process, not by cutting corners, but through sheer skill and willingness to work with what was serviceable. Replacing flooring is a big job, and I was dreading it. Towne Pride made it painless. Definitely the best home improvement project I've had since pre-COVID, maybe ever. I have used Towne Pride for several carpet and laminate installations both in my current and previous homes. I highly recommend them both for their help picking out the right products and their installations. Sherrie was a great help in giving me ideas especially in my new home. Can't thank her enough!
