Jacobs came over and took care of a piece of metal siding that was torn off due to a bad storm. They came over and took the piece off so they could match the color and get the right length (you gotta love when customization). And then got all the tools they needed and came back. I gotta tell you that Jake is a super great guy and very skilled at what he does and gave us a great rate. We were super pleased with his service and professionalism and he communicated really well and kept us in the loop and all of this was around the Christmas season. We had Jake install soffit and continuous gutters on our home. His attention to detail, and the quality of his work, far surpassed my expectations. He uses high quality materials and always showed up when he said he would. We asked for some addition work to be done which he did with the same quality workmanship we had grown to expect from him. Jake did the best job doing a complete replacement of my roof, gutters, and down spout 2 years ago. As a first time homeowner that can be really a stressful but Jake did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. He replaced a lot of rotten wood and problem areas. I definitely have no worries of it leaking or going anywhere for a very long time. With his gutter machine he was able to make me seamless gutters that really dressed up the front of my house. He will definitely be the only roofing company I use on any future homes. I also always recommend him to family and friends. Wouldn’t trust anyone else!
