Excellent response time. I emailed them at night and they arrived at 8 am the next morning! Employee that arrived was professional and personable, he provided me education on my system that was much needed! They set me up on their automatic 2 year reminder list and all I have to do is click yes and they will come and handle it. Above and beyond service and the price was great!

Received an e-mail reminder to have my tank serviced. Today I decided to shovel off the cover and let Townes Septic Service know I am ready when they are. In less than 2 hours my tank was pumped out and inspected. This is awesome service. The price was very reasonable. Thank you, Louie Trahan

Awoke this morning to my wife saying the toilet wouldn’t drain after flushing and heard gurgling in the sink and shower drains…. Knowing this wasn’t a normal plunger fix, and dreading my leach field had failed, I called Towne’s. Following their troubleshooting advice over the phone it was determined that I had a clog in the main line running from my house to the septic tank. A few hours later they showed up with pipe jetting and camera equipment. In less than an hour the clog was removed, the entire pipe was internally cleaned/inspected, and they were on their way. Amazing!! There is no doubt that I will call them for all of my septic maintenance needs and I recommend that you do too.
