The day after the EF2 Tornado in Rome - Steve and his crew cleaned up the destruction it caused. The guys were professional - even raked and used a leaf blower on the driveway! Recommend Townsend!!

Called Steve Townsend to remove a couple large trees. Initially everything was great. He came over in a timely manner and provided a fair quote. Gave a date about 3 weeks for removal. The day of the job he called to reschedule for the next day, not a big deal, we obliged without issue. Then he began asking about if the ground was too wet to drive his truck back there. Advised we were not positive and he could come assess if needed. Response was "ok", no show on his part the next day. We texted to let him know it seems dry enough, again response was "ok" and a no show. Called another company, came out immediately and gave a slightly higher quote - noted potential for wet ground to them and their response was "that isn't an issue". They showed up on the date they chose and took the tree down

Steve and his team removed a maple tree in our backyard and him and his team crushed it. Very professional service (also oddly entertaining to watch) and great price. Would highly recommend.
