I’ve used the other main well company here in Boerne, and TR Drilling & Svc LLC has been the best experience by far. From the first phone call, Alyssa made everything easy. She’s friendly, helpful, and immediately sets them apart. Scheduling was simple, and when their technicians came out to install a new control box on my well, they knew the equipment inside and out. They explained what they recommended, why, and never once tried to upsell or push anything I didn’t need. Called TR Drilling last fall after my well pump went out. No one called to let me know a tech would be on my property. Instead, I came home to find my pump house in pieces and the pump laying on the ground. The tech opened my gate, entering my property without approval, only to tear everything apart. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I was told it was a new tech and it wouldn't happen again. The pump repair was made the next day without issue but the pump house was left unusable. A couple of months later the well ran dry and I requested a reevaluation and options for repair or a new well. The next day I received a call from the tech already enroute to my property. I was at work and had no idea I was on the schedule for that day. I left work to meet the tech who checked the well

Well Company Recommendation: It’s not often that I’m so impressed with a company’s service that I take a few minutes to leave a recommendation. I wanted to highly recommend TR Drilling. They did not ask for a review. I’m relatively handy and have patched from my well storage tank to the booster pump to the pressure tank and on into the house. I would patch it and inevitably one of the pvc threaded sections would fail and I would have a mess. I finally got sick of it and called someone today. TR Drilling picked up, were very kind, and said they could send someone same day. Two hours later Chris and his helper showed up and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. On top of it they placed some exposed wires in a box that the previous installer left exposed. My family and I feel much safer

Over billed me for hours that they were not here. Called them out to check on a pump issue and was charged for 2.5 hours. After calling the lady told me they were on my property from 12:30-3. Checked my cameras and did the math and they were only here an hour and 45 minutes. They overcharged me for 45 minutes and at $175/hour that’s over a $130 difference. Makes me wonder how many customers they do this to and never get caught. Probably a lot of them.
