Tracey Fuel came out the same day before a big storm to help me with my furnace. The customer service representative was awesome! She made sure the tech was knowledgeable of my furnace before sending him out. The tech was very knowledgeable and helpful and very personable! I have had someone come out 5 times and couldn't figure out what the problem was. We just continued to spend money. Thank you Tracey Energy for your excellent customer service!!

I was already scheduled for annual service, but switched over to Heat mode a few days early (since it was in the 40's overnight). We awakened to no heat and the service dept. rearranged the schedule to get someone out to fix and do maintenance within a few hours that same day! Excellent service and a very nice technician too!

my advice don't avail the monthly budget plan or use price lock rate not a good experience ,I switch to different company much way better pricing
