I love the fact I can take my dog for a bath, everything supplied, and at such a low cost. However, every time I’ve taken him, there is dog hair stopping up the tub (various breed dog hair) there is water all over the place, the puzzled mat for the tub is either not even in there or just thrown randomly in there. There’s usually a malfunction with the sprayers and the dryers hoses are usually busted to the point of having to rig them up to use. Since the bath option is, what I consider a luxury, and is available for convenience, then it should be maintained as a convenienced luxury. The people there are amazing and they are probably short staffed. So these things shouldn’t reflect on them but reflect on the company as a whole for not overseeing any issues with what is available for the cus

I ordered 5 bags of dog food online with no indication that everything I ordered was not in stock at the store. When I went to pick up my order I found that several bags of dog food had been left off. The missing bags of dog food were physically present in the store but the store refused to to finish fulfilling the order. This will require multiple trips to the store for me. I will not be frequenting this store in the future.

I did not even want to give a one start but I couldn't give less. I will never buy another thing from tractor supply in Dalton. The manager was rude. I tried to exchange a pressure washer. It was my second time having to exchange this item. The first time it broke. I exchanged it second time. It didn't even come with a wand or a hose. Okay I made it work second time cranking it it broke. I took it back and they would not exchange it. Very rude and not polite to their customer sucks. I will take my business to Chatsworth, Georgia.

I picked up my fencing order curbside today, a younger Hispanic lady helped me, she was absolutely wonderful. I wish I got her name. It was kind of hard work loading up the fencing and she never complained one bit, just smiled and asked about my dogs. The world needs more associates like her.

I love this store. They happen to be having an old tractor show when I was at the store.
