Horrible experience - went in to buy a karavan professional model trailer. Lady with tattoos at customer service was snotty and rude. I asked her to match Butlers TSC price on the trailer. She refused stating they were on sale a few weeks ago. My wife and I were just there saturday and talked to them about the trailer and saw signage stating 1799 not 1999. So currently en route to butler to buy a new trailer. Not the type of service I expect as a rewards member that spends a good deal of money at your store. I've been noticing a steady decline in this stores performance and this may have just clinched me switching to rural king for my needs. I love that this store is in Grove City now! I prefer to shop in a store that has large aisles and a large selection. I have multiple types of animals domestic and farm, so it's important to me to find somewhere that has absolutely everything I need all at once. I also like the fact that while they have a huge selection the aisles are big enough and things are spaced out enough that I don't feel like I'm dodging displays to get what I need.
