This place is run very poorly. Poor parking, poor carts , poor employee help or none at all. The manager Dave has very low expectations of employees, the store is dirty and always a mess with empty pallets on the floor and can't maneuver around and causes a trip hazard. The lack of knowledge of what they even carry is low. It takes forever to get anyone to help or even offer. The only reason I come here is for the American made pine shavings, otherwise I would not shop here. They need better management. Do not recommend this business.

Cody is a joke of a manager. After being called to the front of the store to assist me because the other employee wasn’t able to, he made me wait 10 more minutes as he took on 3 new customer's that came in after me, and it wasn’t until I made it known I had been there waiting, did he begrudgingly assist me. I then asked him to honor the reward on my Neighbors Club account because it states it could be used in store or online and was told he couldn’t because their “policy” changed. Which I could tell he was talking out of his rear, he clearly must have gotten stood up by his boyfriend the night prior for the attitude he took out on me, and when I asked him his name (which I already knew) he continued to cover it up with his limpy hand and acted like a complete child, as he marched away fr

Definitely not going back to this location went down hill the last few years. My final straw was i purchased a trailer jack last month and it broke i asked about exchanging it. Twice I was treated like I was a bother. It was used twice when it was broke and I was treated like I was trying to get something for free. I live in marysville but I will definitely be going to Richmond family farm and home. If they don't have what I am looking for I will go to richmond tsc. I have walked out Marysville store twice because I was treated rudely left hundreds of dollars of items in the cart.

Waited in line for a while to ask if a dog food was in stock and when I got to the cashier (Josh), I asked if he could check to see if it was in stock, he said he’d check after he checked out the people behind me in line, which was another 10 or so people. Not sure why he couldn’t punch it in, check, and be on my way. Bummer.

Good for animal supplies. Great price on Wild Bird Feed . We have gotten fruit trees here as well. The gals at the register are so very nice and friendly. They are helpful here and it's just a good place to have close by.
