I really want to like this store, because I prefer to use local locations for my business, but they have no interest whatsoever in selling people propane. On multiple occasions I've either been told they were out, they didn't have someone to pump it, or in the case of today, that someone would be out in a few minutes and when I called 15 minutes later they hung up on me. It's not a tractor supply thing, because the one in Jefferson City has always been able to help me, and I've pretty much taken to driving over there to get my propane. It's worth the drive not to get jerked around for 15 to 20 minutes. Seems like on the whole it's a management issue.

The online buying process is a joke. We have now been on hold with customer service for more than 40 minutes. We were sent a message telling us more info was needed to complete the order and now can't get the store or customer service on the phone and its 2pm. Items were bought under the assurance that they would be delivered today which obviously is not going to happen now. If you need it, just go get it yourself.

Typically a great store to visit and friendly staff. Stopped to get propane refilled and they informed me the nozzle was broken. An out of order sign on the gate at the propane refilling station would have been nice. Parking and unloading your tank only to have to reload is frustrating for customers.

So my husband and I went to tractor supply to do a propane tank refill and I had told him to wait on me outside the gate with the tank while I went inside the store to ask for assistance. Once I had made it inside to store, I had gotten behind the gentleman that was being helped with at the clerks desk. And while I was waiting, more people came in and I seen I was next in line. So I moved forward and the clerk ignored me and started helping the other folks that had just gotten there. Once she finished helping them she then proceeded to look at me and said to me “what do you want?” I told her “I also need a propane tank refill and thanks for asking me by the way, when I was next in line.” Then when I went back inside to pay she rang up my total and I told “So your not going to put in my num

Shopping at tractor supply is great. This is about the vet clinic. The pre registration to hold your place in line is a joke. We registered the morning of the clinic. We got there a few minutes before the clinic started. When people started in someone yelled out to "clear the hall" because we would get a text when it was our turn. Alot of people came they had not pre registered. They stayed in the hall and we did not. They took everyone in the hall ahead of us and we never got a text that it was our turn. We finally went back to the hall where we were acknowledged.
