The associate at the front counter was very pleasant. I believe his name was Wes. It may be that he repeats himself so much every day but he was informative, friendly, and efficient. He rapidly moved through the line of the 5 people in front of me in about two minutes. He didn't skip a beat, he didn't fail to ask if anyone wanted their receipt, he mentioned their %15 off sale to every customer as well as it's time of expiration. By the time another register opened up I didn't even bother moving over as I wanted the "Wes" experience. It was my first time in a tractor supply and I felt like they wanted me to return and I will. 10/10 give Wes a raise.

I was talking to a guy named Troy and he was mean to me. The next time I came in a guy named Wes showed me exactly what I wanted needed and was very nice about it.

New Castle Tractor Supply Vet Clinic Despite pre-registering, we waited in line for over an hour. They had a tablet with my cat's information, but continued to call her the wrong name and seemed confused about which shots the cat was supposed to receive. By the time the time they took us back and read the information on their screens, our kitty was so stressed she struck at them and they refused to even try to give her any shots. This cat has been to the vet many times and never had an issue. They sent us home with a leash wrapped multiple times around her neck because they refused to take it off. She also shit all over the carrier from them trying to lasso her with it despite saying they weren't going to try. A waste of time, money, and now a traumatic experience for my cat. No apology,

Great prices and everyone that works there is real nice and helpful. Shout out to the whole sunday crew only day i shop there usually.

Love this store and their selection. They have random stuff that you wouldn't think they would. Make sure you check it out. I get all my dog food and supplies here, as well as gardening, clothes, and some toys. A little bit of everything. I also find medical stuff for the chickens and dogs. Thanks for meeting most of my supply needs. The staff is always great and I love they have people to check you out. I do not like self checkouts so this store works for me.
