I hope this location rots to shambles. That’s how frustrated and upset I am about how a situation was just handled. I have never experienced the level of discrimination as a customer in a place of business. I was there to pickup an order, waiting at the customer service desk for over 15 minutes while the cashier NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME… kept taking customers instead of asking if I need assistance or just notifying me that she sees me and that I exist… neither of that was done so I grew upset and wanted order canceled, another worker hopefully not the manager of the store but her name is Shawna made situation worse but never resolving situation or caring to talk about why I’m frustrated but proceeded to walk back to the back of the store saying to her coworker that I’m just “whining”… what a

I went in to buy ONE bag of these stones. The website says they have 89 in stock. I could not find them, so I asked an associate if she knew where they were at. She said “oh those are on a pallet out back. Let me show you!” She then proceeded to take us out a back door and pointed to 20 pallets that were stacked about 12 feet tall and all wrapped in white plastic. She said “It’s one of those!” then literally walked away. 1. Is this normal to do to a customer? 2. How would I even know which pallet to look at?? 3. If she had done this to someone with less common sense than me, they’d probably have a lawsuit if one of the 12’ pallets fell onto a customer who was trying to find what they’re looking for. Bought 50 pellets took 25 and told them I'd be back the next day for the other 25 came back and it took them 1 hour to get me 25 bags of pellets. While 2 of the employee's thought it was the most hilarious thing they had ever seen.....RESPONSE WAS CALL OUR 1-800 NUMBER SO WE CAN WASTE MORE OF YOUR TIME.

The dog wash station is a blessing!! You might want to get there when it opens or soon after though, because they run out of some towels and the station gets pretty hairy/dirty. The employees are always so friendly too.

Tracy should go back to school for customer service. After finding 1 of 3 bags of ice melt. 50# bag. She wanted to argue about not having them but when I checked out they said they had 98 bags. She asked me to wait and she would bring a pallet of them out front and that it would probably be 20 mins. I didn't have anything else to do. I went there for this item.. After waiting 30 mins she wanted to show me the 20# bags which was not what I'd payed for. She then told me they didnt sell them anymore. I really feel they just didn't want to look for and bring out the pallet of 50# bags. Don't lie to me. We're human. We make mistakes. Just omit when you're wrong. I will not shop here again.
