Y'all, what a great experience. My boyfriend and I shop regularly, and the employees are always friendly and helpful. I went in to buy a 6 foot metal rooster for my boyfriend. There were none on display. As I was contemplating something different, an employee asked if he could help. He checked none in the back and asked if I considered ordering it online. No, but I went to my car and did just that. I was so eager to get it that when I received the email saying it was just delivered, I called to see how long it would take before I could pick it up. The nice guy said he had it so I could come right now. Back to the app... clicked on the I'm here button, and before I could get out of my car, he was there. Thanks so much. Wish I knew the guys name. Great service and communication!

To me, this is the only place I go for my bunnies and guinea pigs. Everything is affordable. They have a great rewards program. I buy bales of hay and bedding that's free of detergents, perfumes, bleaches and deodorizers. I even have their credit card

Everyone that works there is very helpfull and knows we're all items are. They don't just send you down a lost path they walk you to the item you need. If you call they will also check stock and make sure you don't waste your time going there for nothing.

Went today to purchase some kernel corn for my ducks. Kevin was so helpful in loading the 40# bag in my cart and then helped get it in my vehicle. Very kind, social and friendly. The cashier was also very nice! What a treat!
