My husband and I have recently had a great experience at Tractor Supply Company at the Surprise location. and wanted to recognize the store manager, Scott Marks, for providing outstanding customer service. From the moment we explained our situation, he was very professional , attentive, and genuinely committed to helping resolve my warranty issue. Instead of making the process complicated, he took the time to review the details, listened and committed to resolve the issues and took it upon himself to call the warranty company and ensure everything will be handled correctly and what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and positive one. Came here to drop off used oil, process was fairly painless after calling ahead, the tean was a bit busy when we arrived but only took a few minutes to find a team member able to assist us. Gave me a chance to see the cute lil chickens! Very helpful team for my experience

In a time where businesses such as WalMart, Nissan USA, Home Depot, Cox Communications, Walgreens Pharmacies, DishTV and so many others couldn't care less about how they treat their customers and how they have aggrieved/abused us....HERE is a 'Shining Star' in so many ways that is as contrary to such as can be. Each time I have come to TSC, I have only encountered very helpful, extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and caring staff and genuinely an all around positive experience! Probable key in the constant stream of customers parading in and out of this store. Case in Point, was today when I had contacted this Retailer to ask about getting a receipt for a Husqvarna blower I had bought right about a year ago.
