Drove 20 miles through holiday traffic to exchange pants for larger size and they refused saying the pants on the reciept were not the pants I brought in. Bought all of my clothes there for 5 years now and all of the tags were present. Whatever inconvenience it would have caused wasn't worth keeping me as a customer. Don't shop here. The manager doesnt want your business.

We came to buy a golf cart that was only located at this store, but we live in Pensacola. Monty stayed well after hours making sure we were taken care of, and even let us borrow one of the store’s trailers to get the golf cart back home with us that night. Monty and the sweet cashier helping us were both absolutely wonderful!!! What awesome customer service! Thank you, again!!

While I like the folks in store, dealing with orders on line is a nightmare.i get emails my order is shipped, track number says wrong number, then email says order delayed, then new track number which says wrong number, then order shipped, but new number wrong, then after 25 minutes of a recording telling me how valuable my time is to them I have to decide whether to just dispute the charge and let them figure it out or return the order if it ever shows up , to my local store.

I used to love coming here to bath my dogs but they removed the platforms from the dog wash tubs that allow me to wash my 15 lbs dog without bending over the tub. I might as well bath them at home. I have asked if they will be replaced and was told no. I have returned to check and they have put small black mats that do not serve the purpose that the platforms did. I am very disappointed.

Monty the store manager is great and always helpful. He works hard to make sure customers find exactly what they want and need. His team of associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. Kenny that helps me with propane is a great asset to that location. He has an upbeat positive attitude and generally cares about my experience at their stone. Overall Great People.
