We called several places to install our solar generator and was surprised at the companies who couldn’t even call back or said they would come to look at the job and not show up Luckily, Ryan Tracy called us the same day We were very impressed. Great , professional company beginning with the receptionist to the owners. Thank you

I had Tracy Electric to give me an estimate on having a fuse box changed to a circuit breaker box. Ryan Tracy came by and gave an estimate. He said he would schedule me in two weeks. The two weeks passed and Ryan Tracy never returned my call. I called him. He said he had trouble getting with Duke Energy to shut off the power for them to do the job Ryan said he would call Duke Energy back and service my job. Ryan Tracy never called back and that was two weeks before Thanksgiving. I do not recommend Tracy Electric, you can not depend on them.

They came in a timely manor and now my new circuit breaker is great. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable.I would use them again.

It was an after hours emergency and electrician Chris responded on the hottest day of the year and remedied the problem! Thank you!!
