Tracy Floors & Tile

We came to Tracy Floors and Tile, after seeing their great reviews! Sheila and Mike were very professional! Sheila took the time to show us the different inventory they had and also provided us estimates, availability, and other information that we inquired. We chose them over another flooring company due to their great communication about pricing (Mike listed every detail about costs in our estimate, and where we could save if we wanted to) and when they would be able to install. We were initially going to replace our old carpet with new carpet, however we decided to switch to hardwood due to their great pricing and selection of hardwood! Their hardwood installers did a phenomenal job, and we are beyond happy with our brand new floors. We definitely recommend Tracy Floors & Tile.

Tracy Floors are awesome! We needed flooring replaced in the tea blending room in our warehouse. Everything about my experience with them was top-notch. When I first contacted them - they responded quickly, came to our business to take measurements and we had our quote within a day. Choosing the flooring was easy and they had lots of options to choose from. The communication was fantastic, which is really important, and they kept me up to date on their scheduling and what to expect. The installation went completely according to plan and the finished product is perfect. I highly recommend them - a total pleasure to do business with!

Just had all our bedrooms redone with hardwood flooring. Absolutely amazing job completed by Sheila’s crew. Can’t say enough about Tracy Flooring and Tile. From the minute we walked in and met Sheila to the completed project. Very professional, courteous and friendly. Amazing product at a great price along with the amazing installation by her team of professionals!!!! Wouldn’t think twice about going to a big box store or on line. This establishment is AMAZING!! Tracy Floors was the absolute easiest and most wonderful part of our basement renovation. We had them put in carpet for our playroom and stairs and the process was seamless from start to finish. The showroom was great, and I just can’t say enough wonderful things about the couple who runs the business. Sheila was on top of everything and they scheduled the install quickly and it went in with no hiccups in just a couple hours! Their pricing is fair and they are honest and kind people.
