I can’t say enough about how awesome our new floors look! Mike and Dario and team did an incredible job. They were very patient with my husband and I while we flip flopped on stain color. They were thorough and they were strict about when we could come into the house and when we couldn’t (which was a good thing). We are very happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone looking to redo their flooring.

Trademark Flooring were very professional and responsive from start to finish of my project, which included new floors (including stairs), tile surround at my tub (with niche/accent tile), stone backsplash at my bar, and stone surround at my fireplace. All aspects of my project were completed with attention to detail, in a timely manner, and within my budget. I was very impressed with Mike's patience and assistance throughout my projects, particularly his response time and communication. Trademark Flooring & Improvement LLC, they do installations for Floor & Decor and tiled our primary shower and these are the problems we had: 1) Waterproof membrane was not applied on all seams on the partial wall-see photo 2) It doesn’t appear that much thin set mortar was applied to that wall to insure that water will not leak between the seams of two backer boards-see photo 3) shower pan floor not sloped appropriately and water did not drain-see photo 4) Metal strips were applied along edges of tile and a gap of almost an inch was left-installer told project manager “he didn’t think homeowners would notice”, he knew it was wrong and he left it that way-see photo 5) We did pay to have garbage debris removed from our property, however, the installer took about $200 worth of unopened supp

John and Michael did a stellar job. They were professional and very reasonably priced, on time and finished quickly with no surprises. They did our 3000 sq. ft. of LVP on a concrete slab that needed a LOT of work to level up, which was no problem for them. It turned out beautifully! I hired them again to do our stairs and upstairs carpet, which came out perfect. We missed a pocket door that couldn't open and close because of the carpet, but they came back out and solved the problem so well that you'd never know it was ever an issue. I will recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys!

These guys did a great job! They went above and beyond and replaced damaged joists, put in all new sub floor throughout the house (it was previously water damaged), new waterproof flooring and they installed all the baseboards. House looks awesome now! I highly recommend them. Very professional, very knowledgeable, showed up on time, got the job done quickly, adjusted their schedules when other contractors were delayed/behind. Thanks guys!
