Trademark Inspection Services

Justin did the inspection on the home I am seeking to purchase. I also met Jim on site who gave great detail of what the inspection entailed. Everything was explained with great knowledge and Justin was very thorough with the inspection and the report. They were able to answer any questions I had during the inspection. They took their time to make sure to review everything and made sure to cover anything I was in question about regarding the home. He went above and beyond in his report back to me and sent it over quickly for me to proceed with the home buying process. I will be recommending to anyone I know that is in need of the services they offer.

David was our inspector, he was great! He provided lots of great insight and took the time to explain anything and everything I had questions about, and was just a super nice person. I feel he had my family's best interest at heart, and I feel much more secure in our home purchase. I would definitely request him as our inspector again if/when the time comes.

I was pretty disappointed with my inspection. It was very expensive and they missed a lot of stuff. They could not open up the sewer cleanout because it was painted shut, so we had to extend the contingency period to get a plumber in. Only for the plumber to easily open a different cleanout that the Trademark inspector did not notice. At least I saved some money since the plumber was $100 cheaper for the sewer scope than TI. They neglected to take my mold samples to the lab quickly. Even with the extended contingency period, the results did not come back within the window. So that's $300+ wasted since I could not negotiate based on results I did not have.
