Michael from Flooring International was great in providing samples and following up with us. He was very patient as we took a while to choose the floor. Angel (cantuflooring) was the head of the install team and did an excellent job. He even came back out a couple weeks after installing to address a couple questions I had. I would recommend him to anyone wanting tile, wood flooring, or painting. He and his crew were very courteous, fast, and cleaned up. We are extremely happy with our new floor.

TradePRO coordinated all of the repairs after my basement flooded. Cameron was very quick, responsive and great at planning everything in a timely manner. I’m very happy with the end results.

I always hesitate from giving bad reviews because I know how important these are to the business owners but I think you should know the facts of my experience. I am a new vendor for tradePRO and think others in the process of becoming one should know this. It has been a terrible experience. " We did 1 job and it took 4 months to finally be paid". We did nothing wrong but they decided not to pay until they said an insurance company mistake was settled. Not a good experience. They charged me around 25% commissions and fees so I lost money on the job. The customer was very happy with our work and didn't know anything about this. TradePro was very responsive. I received weekly calls from them checking on the status of our repairs. Floor Tends, not so much. It took multiple calls from TradePro to get them to schedule the repair. The repair was subbed out to Smiley Floors which did a great job.
