Worst service ever! Andrew is the worst technician I have ever done business with. He treats all of your property with disrespect, and does a really poor job. I'm sure that Tradewinds is a great company, but Andrew is not a great technician. Stay away from him.

They have been great to work with! Both service calls and warranty calls with our home appliances. The service techs are very knowledgeable and are always willing to share info that will help keep your appliances in good working order. Quick response!

Our furnace quit working and they were on our doorstep 1 hr 15 minutes after our call. A part was needed that wasn’t on the truck so a temporary “fix” was done to give us heat until the part was installed 2 days later. Todd was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He called both times before arriving. The total cost was about $100 less than we had expected! We highly recommend Tradewinds👍

Trade winds is such a great company. We have required their services twice in as many months, good for them bad for us. Each time I have called they are quick to respond and you actually get to talk to a real person, Yay. They are on time, professional and they are completely honest without trying to UP-sale you or convince you you need a whole new everything when you don't. They completed both projects in a timely, satisfactory manner. We even have them scheduled for spring to install and move a new AC unit. That wasn't an upsale it was a needing. So thank you Trade winds for all your help.
