TRAILS END SEPTIC

We called because my daughter's system was backed up. They were so nice on the phone but the service did not match the original call. The owner came out to change the septic filter. He dug up what he said was the grey tank by accident and ran my daughter's garden hose up the clean out a little way and said he had unclogged it. He marked the other tank with flags and had his crew come back the next day and pump the tank. However, he did state that the tank lid he had open had an odor to it on the day he was there. (1st indicater of what he thought was the grey tank wasn't) So here is wherein it starts to stink...they pumped the wrong tank. The truck people had them run bath water and said it must be clogged since no water came down the line. They looked at a partial clog in the line

Trails End Septic just came and did a pump out of our tank in Rockledge, FL. Dave and Chevy were friendly and professional. They took time to explain how the system was working, the annual filter maintenance I need to complete and options for a filter riser if I wanted. They also, of course, pumped out the system and made sure everything was cleared and flowing correctly. I contacted their office and spoke with Stacy about a riser install. As expected, she was just as good as Dave and Chevy. She verified the information on my tank that she had just received from the guys, got a me an immediate quote and scheduled for installation. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. David and Gabe came out to look at my septic today, and they were absolutely phenomenal. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they were seeing. After their evaluation, they were honest and upfront and told me the system did not need to be pumped, and instead offered helpful advice about what might be going on and recommended contacting a plumber. First timer having septic service. I am a very pleased customer. I received service today. David & Gabe expeditiously sericed the tank, they worked hard even in some rain and I thank them for that.
